Attendee Registration Instructions
- Please use this link to view the CanWEA Member list before proceeding to the Conference Member or Non-Member registration form.
- If your company name is not on the list you will not be able to register using the Member Registration Form and will not qualify for the member discount rates. You must register as a non-member.
- If you believe your company to be a corporate member of CanWEA, and your Company name does not appear on the list, please contact Michael Thibedeau at michaelthibedeau@canwea.ca 1-800-922-6932 x229.
Exhibitor Registration Instructions
- After receiving confirmation of your exhibit space you should also receive two promo-codes by email. These promo-codes are to be used for registering 2 Free Booth Personnel.
- Select the “Exhibitor” category on the registration form.
- Enter your promo-code, provide the mandatory information for each FREE pass and you are done.
- If you need extra passes you may continue to register those persons after you have filled in the names for the 2 free passes. Note: Extra passes are at a cost of $350 per person. All exhibitors, including Free Booth Personnel, are welcome to partake of all lunches (Monday, Tuesday), daily AM/PM refreshment breaks and the opening reception.
Speaker Registration Instructions
- In the confirmation email that you receive indicating that you have been accepted as a speaker for the conference, you should also receive a promo-code for your registration discount.
- Select the “Speaker” category on the registration form.
- Enter your promo-code, provide the mandatory information and complete the payment information required.

Media Registration
If you are a member of the media, please complete the media accreditation form and follow the instructions on the form to submit your registration.
