Mortenson is a General Contractor based in Minneapolis, Minnesota with offices throughout the United States. Over the last 50 years, Mortenson has assisted many companies construct a wide variety of projects. Mortenson completed its first wind power project in 1998 and to date has completed 41 projects totaling more than 2572 MW and involving 2042 turbines. As a design/build contractor, BOP contractor, EPC contractor, or subcontractor, we have performed roads, foundations, UG/OH electrical collection systems, substations, grid interconnections, high voltage transmission lines, and turbine installation. We have worked with the following turbine manufacturers: GE Wind Energy, Mitsubishi, NEG Micon, Clipper and Vestas. We offer our customers the depth and financial capability to provide a full range of services.
